If your workout has not brought you the muscle toning and strength that you want; if it has not brought you the positive changes or relief you want…it can be because your myofascia is “stuck” and needs to be released. There is some scientific thinking that this is what Fibromyalgia is.
Come and give it a try, either in private, personal training or our small, intimate and fun classes.Pilates Manitoba has a 10% off special for the following myofascial release classes:
Tuesday 1 -2 pm, Thursday 1-2 pm, 
                                                      Thursday 5-6 pm, Friday 4:30 – 5:30 pm.  

We use the mini-stability balls for fluid conditioning (controlling the ball with your muscles) to tone,  strengthen and define your abs, back and core.  Control the ball, tone your muscles and release your myofascia. We use all of the Pilates moves to lengthen and strengthen every muscle. We may comment on the MELT method ( 5-10 mins per class only) of release using rollers and special balls.
